Dr. Denise is a Canadian Public Health Physician with additional training in Occupational Medicine and Family Medicine.  She is also a certified hypnotherapist.  She is passionate about supporting medical students, residents, physicians and other professionals dealing with burnout, moral injury, and workplace harassment and intimidation.   

She creates hypnotherapy-based and mastermind programs to heal and empower physicians and medical trainees to be their best integrated selves in a broken system. 

Dr. Denise is the Winner of 2022 Canada's Most Powerful Women:  Top 100 Award (Canadian Tire Community Impact category) and Canadian Occupational Safety's Top Woman in Safety Award.  These awards recognize her tremendous impact  during the pandemic as well as her work with the Filipino and broader Ethnocultural Communities in Manitoba.
